I thought that the power washing you did at my house on Tuesday looks very good. I was especially pleased with the front bricks. They look like they did when they put them in.

I am sure that the back patio was more difficult and you worked hard to get out the black stains in the stones. I know that some of that black is part of the stones now and won’t ever change back.

Are you sending me a bill or should I just send you a check? Thanks again. I am glad that I know you for future projects.

When we bought our first house four years ago, we contracted Lou to do a number of repairs and renovations. He was recommended to us by our borker, whom he trusted. Furthermore, every reference we called could not say enough good things about him.

In the month between the closing date and our move, we needed him to paint the entire interior, sand and stain the wood floors, remove paneling, replace about 14 doors, the main banister and install new lighting fixtures in four rooms. Later he redid two bathrooms. Lou was very considerate of our needs and conscientious of the time frame we wanted all this done. He scheduled his work so that the most intrusive jobs were finished before our move. He saved the more confined work for the last so that we could live in our house without inconvenience.

Two years later we engaged Lou again to repaint the exterior of the house, install a new patio and fence in our back yard, insulated the attic and make some minor repairs.

Prior to this house we did renovations in our co-op several times. Lou is by far the best contractor we have worked with. His craftsmanship is impeccable, and he is thorough and conscientious about every detail of the job. Furthermore, for this being our first house, he was the perfect choice for us, because he made suggestions that was helpful for us as homeowners.

Clean-up and removal of work materials was consistent and he did not consider the job done until complete inspections were made with us and all details covered to our satisfaction.

Lou DaSilva was great! He was very professional. He did the job as he said he would along with some additional things that really made a difference in the outcome. The work was excellent and the finished job made our house look like new again. The job was finished on time and he took great care in handling our belongings and cleaning up when he was done.
